What is Fascial Stretch Therapy?


Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) was created by Ann and Chris Frederick.  Ann and Chris Frederick are also founders of the Stretch to Win Institute as well as authors of Stretch to Win.  FST is assisted  stretching technique that is performed by a Certified Fascial Stretch  Therapist while the client is on a treatment table, floor, or athletic  field. This technique uses comfortable traction of the joint capsule as  well as lengthening of the muscle and fascia tissue with PNF technique  to create the most effective relaxation response.
